Q: How long does my order take to ship?

A: We process orders within two-three business days. We use ground shipping by USPS Priority mail. You should get your order within five business days.

Q: How much caffeine is in tea?

A: It depends on the type of tea, how it was grown, when did they pick it, is it a leaf or a bud? simple answer- it is half the amount of a cup of coffee.

Q: Does decaffeinated mean the same as caffeine-free?

A: No. Decaffeinated means the caffeine has been removed from the tea leaves through a commercial decaffeination process. Caffeine-free refers to herbs or fruit infusions that never contained caffeine. (For example: rooibos and peppermint are caffeine-free.)

Q: I'm pregnant/ breastfeeding and I miss my cup of coffee; what's a good substitute?

A: Try a Rooibos tea. It is a wonderful black tea substitute with similar taste, no caffeine, and is relaxing.

Q: What kind of package does my tea come in?

A: Our tea is packaged to you in a paper based glassine lined tea bag with a foldable stay fresh top. Made with recycled material and the glassine liner is paper based making it 100% recyclable and biodegradable!

Q: How do I store my tea?

A: We recommend an airtight container. Avoid moisture, air and light. Do not store in the refrigerator because of the moisture.

Q: How long does my tea stay fresh?

A: It depends on how you store it. In the glassine bag airtight for up to a year. A metal tin would keep it fresher longer than a bag due to the stronger seal and protection from air and moisture.
